Alexa Clay On the Misfit Economy
As individuals our fundamental human condition is one of fallenness. We’re born into cultures that we never asked for – that we didn’t shape. Many of these cultures have pathologies and inherited command-and-control structures that are no longer relevant to the future we are trying to create.

CAMP CHAT #8
Here at POC21 we try to do our best to be an example of how to make a green(er) living. We are one hundred people living in a special environment, where we can start over again. One thing we can tell you so far is: It is not always easy to make everything right.
That’s why we spoke with Léana, a 21 year (!) old whiz kid and multiple front fighter who runs the whole zero waste operation at POC21. She tells us in a wise, yet simple, manner why we should over think our consumption and why we should pay more attention to alleged waste.
She explained us how to make a change. And as we all know, the change begins with yourself. Start small and then grow, be a good example to your friends, family and neighbors, spread the word of how to make a difference, starting right now.
What can you do to make a change?read more…

A Dome For the final POC21 exhibition
The Paris based architect collective QUATORZE (quatorze14.org/) build for POC21 this beautiful stellar geodesic dome in front of Chateau de Millemont. Just in 4 days they set up the impressive wooden construction. The great dome, with 10 meters hight, is supposed to be used for the final POC21 exhibition, which will take place on the 19th and 20th of September. Till Wolfer from the artist collective N55, together with Kari Wolf, Simon Kiepe (10hoch16), Lea Mirbach (TRIAD Berlin) and Daniel Huber took care of the inner space of the dome by designing the user experience of the visitors of the POC21 exhibition using modular Open City cubicles.
